The formation of the clubs and societies by learners help to enhance the intellectual, social and cultural development of its members. The clubs develop talents and leadership qualities in learners, thereby helping the learners work as team. They also help to promote worthy use of leisure, ethical character and the corporate life of the school system.

There are various clubs and societies both in the primary and secondary school. Learners are expected to belong to at least one of these clubs. The clubs are as follows:

  • Young farmers club
  • Boys scouts
  • Music/cultural club
  • Jet club
  • Press/debating club
  • Maths club
  • Junior achievement club
The club hold meetings once a week and members normally pay a token levy to support the activities of the club.
